Once we know what's wrong, you get a written quote with the scope of work and total cost. We explain what needs to be fixed and why. No work starts until you approve the price.
Expert Repair
We fix the problem with proper materials and methods, not caulk and hope. Matching shingles woven into the existing pattern. New flashing cut and bent to spec. Underlayment replaced where needed. This is a permanent repair.
Photo Record & Warranty
